Free standing holiday cottage, built in 2002. Entrance, living room with sitting area and dining table, fireplace stove, sat-TV and radio. Small kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, electric cooker with two hot-plates, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. Balcony. Bathroom with shower and WC (entry from the outside). In the newly built part are two bedrooms, first bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with one single bed. Second new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the garden there is a big wooden barell, that was made over to a little summerhouse with two beds for children. Fenced garden, garden furniture with parasol, fire pit, sandbox, swing and round swimming pool (diameter of 2,5 m) at your disposal. Heating with electric heaters or fireplace stove. Own parking lot.

No pets allowed. Possibility of renting of 3 bikes (2 adults + 1 child). You can store your own bikes in the garage. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. This property is suitable for maximum of 6 persons. Baby cot available.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of a small village Mala Viska, about 4 km south of the town Klatovy. The holiday cottage is standing alone, on the hill, with a beautiful view of the forest, meadows and in the green in front of the cottage. Very quiet place with enough privacy. This area offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling (there are nice cycle-paths leading close to the cottage, which are also suitable for in-line-skaters), fishing, forest fruits picking or taking various trips. In the surroundings there are found many sightseeings and interesting excursion destinations – e. g. castle Velhartice 18 km, ruine of the castle Rabi 30 km, castle Kasperk 45 km, catacombs in the town Klatovy 4 km, castle Svihov 18 km, the ruins of the castles Klenova 5 km and Novy Herstejn 30 km.
