Detached cottage, in which you occupy one half. The other half is not occupied or rented. The cottage is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa for 5 persons, dining table for 6 persons, sat-TV with DVD and CD player. Open kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed, sofa and satellite TV and the second bedroom with three single beds and access to a balcony. Central heating (solid fuels) or electric heaters. The garden is partially enclosed by a hedge, which provides enough privacy. There is a roofed pergola with garden furniture, garden grill and a swimming pool with a diameter of 3 m and depth of 1,1 m at disposal. Parking in front of the building.

Non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. In the basement of the house there is a washing machine to disposal. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for up to 5 persons. In the winter season the cottage is rented from Sunday till Saturday.

In the National park of the Bohenian forest, by the wood, on the outskirts of the cottage settlement near the village Javorna. The village Javorna lies about 14 km northeast of the town Zelezna Ruda (Bayerische Eisenstein), only 18 km from the border with Germany and about 25 km south of the town Klatovy. Cottage is located at an altitude of about 850 m above the sea level, at the foot of the mountain Javorna (1080 m) and is surrounded by deep forests. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling - a possibility to make many of various trips to the natural beauty of Bohemian forest, such as to lakes Cerne and Certovo 20 km. Rope centre Zelezna Ruda 14 km, castles Cachrov 7 km, Velhartice 15 km, Rabi 34 km, Svihov 37 km and Kasperk 38 km, the ruins Klenova 16 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Cachrov) 7 km, restaurant 100 m, supermarket (Zelezna Ruda) 14 km and (Klatovy) 25 km. Outside swimming (Besiny) 13 km, thermal swimming pool and an indoor pool (Zwiessel - Germany) 25 km, indoor swimming pool and sauna (Klatovy) 25 km.
