Detached mountain house with three floors, consisting of 4 separate units. There is a separate part of the house with a private entrance, a terrace with seating area and a balcony. Entrance hall, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor, the living room is connected to the kitchen. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. The kitchen also has a dining table for 4 people. In the living room there is a sitting area for 4 people and an LCD TV with satellite channels and access to the terrace with furniture and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding hills. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a double bed. In the second bedroom is the higher floor accessible with a ladder and sleeping possibility for two more people (children under 18 years). On the ground floor you will find a ski storage room, which serves as a bicycle storage room in summer. The house is heated by gas central heating. You have a portable barbecue on the terrace and a shared garden on the private property. Parking at the accommodation for 1 car.

Pets are not allowed. WiFi connection included. The deposit (3000, - CZK) will be paid in advance with the rent and will be refunded in cash at the end of the stay. Bedding and towels included. The fireplace is out of order for safety reasons. Electricity and gas consumption consumption included. In the heating season you pay for gas consumption. In winter season, there is a different cancellation policy - except for health reasons, you pay 50% of the rent in case of cancellation. Occupancy with a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children up to 18 years.

In the heart of Zelezna Ruda, famous ski resort, on a hill with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and within walking distance of the ski slopes. The house is located in a quiet part of the village with all amenities. Železná Ruda is a well-known tourist center, not only for winter sports, but also for the many tourist routes in the area. Explore the famous castles of Velhartice (26 km), Kašperk (37 km) or Rabí (40 km). For swimming we recommend the natural bath Žabáky (1.9 km walking) or the swimming pool in the German Zwiesel. Very interesting is a walk to the glacial lakes (Black Lake and Devils Lake, 13 and 5 km from the house), a unique experience for the whole family. For sports enthusiasts there is a local tennis court or the bicycle park (10 minutes by car from Zelezna Ruda). An exceptional experience can also be a visit to the local Belvedere Brewery.
