Entrance, hall, cozy living room with sofa (also two beds, dining table, fireplace, TV with set-top-box and radio with CD player. Open kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hot plate and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs is a small hall and two bedrooms - first with a double bed, a sofa (also sofa bed for 2 people) and access to balcony and second bedroom with two single beds. Electric heating and fireplace. There is a large, fenced garden, roofed pergola, garden furniture with sunshade, garden fireplace, sand pit and swing. Own parking.

At the Bohemian Forest, on the outskirt of a tiny village Mojkov, about 8 km northwest from the historical town Prachatice and about 4 km from the town Vlachovo Březí. The house stands in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Forest, at an altitude of approximately 830 m above sea level. You have a fantastic view to the distant panorama of the Bohemian and the Bavarian Forest from the house. Very quiet place in the sunny southern slope. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks and deep forests. Ideal for relaxation, hiking, biking, gathering forest fruits, exploring the natural beauty and making many various trips. The area offres many interesting places and cultural and historical sights. The best known are Boubín – the virgine forest, Černé (Black) and Čertovo (Devil´s) lake or the Schwarzenberg Navigational Canal (built by the Schwarzenberg for transporting wood). Furthermore castle Vimperk 16 km, lookout tower on the mount Libín (1096 m) 13 km, Castle Kratochvíle 19 km, ruins Helfenburk 12 km, castle and historic town Strakonice 28 km, ruins Kašperk37 km.
