Free standing cottage, very nice and cozy furnished. Entrance, corridor, living room with sofa set, TV corner for 5 people with LCD satellite TV and seating for 4 people by the fireplace. Open kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dining table for 8 people and access to a partially roofed balcony with seating for 9 people. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Second separate toilet. Upstairs there is a children's corner and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom with one double bed, the possibility of one extra bed on fold-out chair, the entrance to the roofed balcony. Third bedroom with double bed, two folding armchair (can also serve as extra beds for up to 2 people) and also access to the balcony. Heating with fireplace stoves or central electric boiler. The garden is partially fenced with a hedge, there is a garden furniture with a parasol, a portable grill and an above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 3.6 m. There is a sandbox and two swings for children. Parking in front of the object.

In Šumava National Park, near the forest, on the outskirts of the cottage settlements around the village Javorná. The village of Javorná lies about 14 km northeast of Železná Ruda, about 25 km south of Klatovy and only 18 km or with state border with Germany. The cottage is situated at an altitude of 850 m above sea level, at the foot of Javorná Mountain (1080 m) and is surrounded by deep forests. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling - the possibility of taking various excursions to the natural beauty of Šumava, for example to Černá and Čertovo lakes 20 km. Železná Ruda rope park 14 km, Castles Čachrov 7 km, Velhartice 15 km, Rábí 34 km, Švihov 37 km and Kašperk 38 km, Klenová ruin 16 km.
