Free-standing cottage, modest-looking from the outside but inside nice, clean and cosily furnished. Entry via the porch with sitting, corridor. Living room with sitting area, sat-TV and DVD, fireplace and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with dining area, electric stove with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Up the stairs you will get to the second bedroom with two extra beds (mattresses on a wooden frame) and access to the third bedroom with two single beds. In the basement there is storage space for bicycles. Electric heating. Cottage stands on its own, non-fenced ground, there is metal garden furniture, rocking-bench, portable grill and fireplace at disposal. Own parking lot.

In central Bohemia, in the holiday collony near the village Habrina, ca. 16 km east of the town Litomerice, 24 km southwest of the town Ceska Lipa and about 70 km from the capital city Praha (Prague). Cottage stands in a slope with a beautiful view of the surrounding hilly landscape. This area has a lot to offer – beside the good conditions for swimming, hiking and cycling there are also found many interesting sightseeings. E.g. the historical center of town Ustek 2 km, the ruins of castle Hradek 9 km, village Zubrnice with open-air museum 9 km, chateau Ploskovice 11 km, chateau Velke Brezno 15 km, fortress and the former concentration camp Terezin 19 km, open-air museum Kravare 12 km, protected landscape area „Kokorinsko“ 17 km , chateau Benesov nad Ploucnici 24 km, recreational lake „Machovo“ with beautiful sandy beaches and nice surroundings with many pine forests 30 km, castle Bezdez 40 km.
