Free standing cottage, pleasantly and comfortably equipped. Entrance, hall, living room with three-piece suite, fire stove and TV with satellite connection. Kitchen with dining table, electrical stove, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and shower. Extra WC. Bedroom with fold-out couch (double bed). On the floor there is one hall and two bedrooms with skewed walls – each with two single beds. Balcony. Heating with fire stove and electric oil heating. Fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture with parasol (sun beds and parasol for a fee EUR 1,-/piece/day), garden fireplace and embedded swimming pool 6 x 4 m. Parking in the garden.

No pets are allowed. In the house are many flowers - the landlord regularly comes to water them. Non-smoker house. After agreement with the landlord, it is possible to rent 2 bikes (for a fee EUR 1,-/day). The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. The owner prepares the bed linen for a fee of EUR 2,-/set. Final cleaning is done by the guests themselves, if not properly cleaned, the lessor charges EUR 50,-. The guests are asked to bring slippers with them and change the shoes. House suitable for max. 5/6 persons.

In Middle Bohemia, at the edge of village Píšťany, ca 3 km western of the town Litoměřice. The house stands ca 50 m from large holiday lake with beaches where it is possible to swim, do water sports or rent boats or pedal-boats. One beach only 50 m, other large beach 200m. Beautiful view of garden and lake. Shop (grocery in the restaurant) 200 m, restaurants 50 and 300 m, supermarket 3 km (Litoměřice). Out-door and in-door pool, tennis, minigolf 3 km, golf 6 km. Ca 100 m from the house there is a port for yachts. In the surroundings there are many places of interest – in the range of 6-25 km You find the memorial Terezín, castles, monasteries and ruins. Ideal for hiking and bike riding.
