Free-standing cottage with a nice view of the green, pleasantly and purposefully furnished. Entrance, corridor, living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace. Small kitchenette with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet. From the living room there is a bedroom with a double bed behind the sliding door. In the attic there are another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Heating with fireplace and electric stove. The cottage is on its own grounds, with garden furniture and outdoor fireplace. Own parking. Garage.

In Central Bohemia, on a gentle slope, on the edge of a small recreational settlement near the river Ohře, near the village Orasice, about 8 km east of the town of Louny and about 65 km from Prague. View of the meadow and the river lined with trees. The cottage is located near the protected landscape areas of České středohoří, Křivoklátská vrchovina and Kokořínský Důl. There are many sights such as castles and ruins. The area is suitable for hiking, cycling and fishing.
Distances: Basic food, supermarket and restaurant, outdoor and indoor swimming pool (aquapark), sauna and tennis (Louny) 8 km. Horse riding (Libochovice) 12 km.
