Free-standing cottage, built in 2000, well and tastefully furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa (fold-out double bed), fireplace stove, Sat-TV and dining table. A small kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the second with a double bed and a single bed. In the basement is a bathroom with shower and toilet and garage. Heating with fireplace stove and in bedrooms electric heating. House stands on its own non-fenced ground, a nice terrace with wooden garden furniture and parasol and garden fireplace at disposal. Garage and privat parking lot.

In South Bohemia, a beautiful place in the area called "Ceska Kanada“ („Bohemian Canada"), in a holiday colony near the village Vnorovice, ca 5 km south of the town Dacice. Cottage is situated on a quiet place, in a slope, at the forest-edge and by the river Dyje, a nice view in the green, on the meadows and forests. Pleasant surroundings and enough privacy. In this area are found a lot of cultural and historical landmarks – e. g. smal town Dacice with a chateau 5 km, town Telc (urban monument reserve) with a chateau 18 km, city Moravske Budejovice with a chateau 28 km, monastery Nova Rise 16 km, castle Bitov 20 km. Surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and fishing.
