Free-standing cottage, built in 2007, well and tastefully furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa (an extra bed), fireplace, TV, dining table and entry to the balcony. Open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, TV and balcony and the second with a double bed and a single bed. In the basement you can use a room with seating, a fireplace, billiards and darts. Heating by a fireplace or electric radiators. House stands on its own non-fenced piece of land, a beautiful terrace with a pergola, wooden garden furniture and garden fireplace at disposal. Near the river is available a fire-place with sitting. Private parking.

One small dog allowed for a fee (EUR 20,-/week). Cot and paddle boat on request. Bedlinen, towels and tea towels included in the price. Refundable deposit EUR 50,-. On the spot shall be paid: the consumtion of electricity, the consumption of water and the consumption of firewood. The house is suitable for maximum of 5/6 persons.

In South Bohemia, a beautiful place in the area called "Ceska Kanada" („Bohemian Canada“), in a small holiday colony near the village Vnorovice, ca 5 km south of the town Dacice. Cottage stands on a quiet place, at the edge of the forest and by the river Dyje, a nice view of the river and in the green, on the meadows and forests. Pleasant surroundings and enough privacy. In this area are found many cultural and historical landmarks - such as town Dacice with a castle 5 km, town Telc (urban conservation area) with a chateau 18 km, city Moravske Budejovice with a chateau 28 km, the monastery Nova Rise 16 km, castle Bitov 20 km. Surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling and fishing.
