Open kitchen area with a refrigerator, 2 electric hotplates, hot air oven, kettle and microwave. Dining room with a dining table, fireplace and an extra single bed. Bedroom with two single beds and a TV. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and access to the balcony and a bedroom with two single beds and a seating area. In the basement, there is a garage with canoes and a room with table football. Heating with wood stove and electric. On the back of the house is a very nice patio with garden furniture and lots of privacy and a fire pit. The house stands on a non-fenced property, private parking.
