Free standing, cosy and good arranged bungalow. Ground floor: entrance, living room with sitting suit, fireplace and TV with satellite. Kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and small dining table. Shower and separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms – in the first is a double bed and in the second there are two single beds and a fold-out couch (1,5 bed). One bedroom with balcony. Large garden with fire pit, terrace with garden furniture. Covered, embedded swimming pool 7 x 3 m with filtration and lighting – access directly from the house. Sauna. Parking in the garden.

In South Bohemia, in small holiday village (only 7 houses), calm location directly at the edge of forest, ca 3 km south of town Kunzak. Shop and restaurant in Kunzak 3 km or in historical town Jindrichuv Hradec 20 km. Swimming and water sports in ponds 2 and 4 km. In range of 10 km there are 5 large ponds. Horse riding 15 km. Nice, large pond which is suitable for swimming and water sports, only 20 km far. Bike renting 3 km.
