The house stands on a large plot of up to 2000 m2! Here is one more holiday house. You have table tennis, garden furniture, fireplace, sandpit and swing at disposal. Private parking within the plot.

The house is peacefully located between the birches, on a gentle slope and less then 1 km from the beautiful lake Osika with perfect opportunities for swimming, water sports. You have a lovely view over the green and the area is ideal for cycling along the beautiful trails, swimming, golf, cultural and historical sights and various trips, eg to Austria, the ruins Landstejn 7 km, the beautiful historic town of Slavonice 17 km, spa town Trebon with castle 30 km, 30 km Zirovnice castle.
