Description of accommodation

Luxurious cottage on its own fenced land, well equipped and originally furnished. Living room with seating group, dining table, electronic darts, LED TV with DVD and satellite, home wine bar, fireplace and kitchenette. Luxuriously equipped kitchen with many appliances and robots, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, kichenware and dishwasher. Bedroom with a double bed, LCD TV, radio and terrace access. Bathroom with massage shower, massage bathtub and two sinks. Utility room with second fridge and freezer, air hockey, table football, washing machine and dryer. Children's playroom - equipped with toys, game consoles and LCD TV. In the attic there is an open bedroom with a double bed and a sofa with access to the second and third bedroom with double beds. Toilet with sink. LCD TV with satellite in all rooms of the house. The cottage eis heated centrally. Guests can access the wellness area with a luxurious hot tub and a combined sauna directly from the terrace. The garden features several outdoor seating areas with barbecue possibilities and a children's playground. The VIP room and wine cellar can also be used upon agreement. Parking in private parking in front of the cottage.

Pets on request. Cot available after agreement (CZK 500, - stay). Wifi, bed linen, towels and tea towels included in the price. Consumption of wood and cleaning fee (CZK 1 500, -) is paid on the spot as well as electricity consumption. Table football, air hockey and darts for coins. Refundable deposit CZK 10 000, -. Possibility to rent a wine cellar (CZK 3 500, -/stay) or VIP room (CZK 3 500, -/stay) by prior arrangement. Possibility to provide other extra services beyond the scope of stay after agreement with the landlord (massages, catering, tastings and others). Shortened stays (CZK 5 950, -/night). Special cancellation conditions apply. The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons + baby. Possibility to book together with cottage SM 0101 to increase the capacity to 18 beds.

Location description

In the Moravian-Silesian Region, near the largest protected area in the Czech Republic, Beskydy, 16 km south of Frýdek-Místek and 32 km from Ostrava. The cottage is situated by the forest, in a remote area on the outskirts of the village of Pstruží and because it is located in a hill, there is an excellent view of the far surroundings. The location is suitable for hiking and cycling in the summer months thanks to the large number of marked trails. Winter is suitable especially for skiers. We recommend a hike to Lysá hora (18 km), where you can come across the Satin waterfalls, the Ivančena cairn or striking views. In the area you can visit Hukvaldy Castle (20 km), Tatra Technical Museum in Kopřivnice (26 km) and Frýdlant nad Ostravicí (4 km) with the Church of St. Bartholomew, neo-Renaissance town hall and monastery.
