Large living room with seating area, TV, fireplace, stove, dining table with corner bench and kitchen access with gas stove with electric oven, combined refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Two bedrooms - the first one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Heating with solid fuel stoves. The chalet stands on a completely fenced plot of land with a garden and a second owner's cottage. There is a recessed pool 5 x 3 x 1.5 m with filtration, garden pergola, garden plastic furniture, table tennis, portable grill and fireplace. Parking on your own parking lot on the property.

Pets allowed by arrangement for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. There is a dishwasher and, in agreement with the landlord, a fishing boat on the river. The consumption of electricity and heating materials is fully paid on site. The owner owns a second cottage on a land where he sometimes dwells and respects the privacy of guests. The building is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 persons.

In central Bohemia, on the edge of Hamry cottage settlement, near the village of Vlastějovice, about 8 km southeast of the town of Zruč nad Sázavou and 75 km from the capital city of Prague. The villa stands in a wonderfully peaceful location near the forest, only about 150 meters from the river Sazava, in a wooded valley surrounded by greenery. There are various sporting and cultural activities nearby - cycling along the Sázava River trails, swimming, walking, gathering of forest fruits or sightseeing. Stvořidla Nature Reserve 15 km, Ledec nad Sázavou Castle 8 km, Lipnice nad Sázavou Castle 21 km, Český Šternberk Castle 30 km, Certovy Díry Cave 5 km, Švihov Reservoir 3 km. The beauties of the capital city of Prague are easily reached - just 30 minutes by motorway.
Distances: Basic food (Hněvkovice - Kounice) 3 km, supermarkets and restaurants and other civic amenities (Ledeč nad Sázavou) 7 km. One restaurant called Mill is located just 300 m from the house. A nice natural swimming pool (Kožlí) 6 km, another possibility of natural swimming (Chřenovice) 500 m, water sports and fishing (permit necessary) on the river Sázava only 100 m.
