Freestanding cottage, pleasantly furnished. Entrance through a covered terrace with a wooden furniture (table and chairs) into an elevated floor with living space. Living room with a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, dining table, fire place, radio and satellite TV. Small kitchen with a gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with a shower; separate toilet. Bedroom with two single beds. From the living room lead stairs to the attic, where is the second bedroom with one double bed, two single beds and access to the balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the river. The cottage is heated by fire place, oil radiator or by wood stove. The cottage stands on a non-fenced grassy ground, there is a garden furniture, portable grill and fireplace at your disposal. Parking by the cottage.

One dog allowed. You can use a boat, can borrow a canoe (for 3 persons) and kayak for children, free of charge. There is an iron and a part of the garage for storing of fishing equipment or bicycles at your disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The landlord has his own room with accessories in the ground floor of the cottage, in which he can exceptionally stay overnight. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. When occupied with a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child a discount is provided with the following prices: Jully and August EUR 490,-; June, September, the first week in Mai and the last two weeks in Oktober EUR 395,-; Mai and Oktober without the before stated weeks EUR 290,-.

In central Bohemia, in a small holiday village (only 8 chalets), near the village Strechov nad Sazavou, 15 km northeast from the town Vlasim and only 55 km from the capital city of Prague. The cottage stands directly on the bank of the river Sazava, under a rocky hillside with a view of the river and the countryside on the other bank. The property is situated to the southeast and at the accessed road ends at the cottage, so you have absolute quiet here - there are no cars and people going around. The surroundings offer ideal conditions for many sports and cultural activities – hiking and cycling (nice paths along the river Sazava), swimming, forest fruit picking or sightseeing. Natural reservation “Stvoridla” 25 km, castle Cesky Sternberk 12 km, chateaus Vlasim 15 km, Lounovice 23 km, Jemniste 28 km, Konopiste 32 km, the town Kutna Hora with a well-known cathedral of St. Barbora 40 km, protected landscape area “Velky Blanik” 25 km. Easily rechable are also the beauties of the capital city of Praque – only 30 minutes driving on the highway.
Distances: Basic foods (Strechov nad Sazavou) 1,5 km or (Trhovy Stepanov) 5 km, restaurant (Motorest near the highway) 1 km, supermarket (Vlasim) 15 km. Swimming pool and tennis court (Vlasim) 15 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna (Benesov) 35 km. Sauna and bike rental (Sporthotel Kacov) 6 km. Horse back riding (ranch Licomersko) 4 km. Swimming, water sports and possibility of fishing on the river Sazava only 15 m!
