Two cosily furnished cottages directly by the pond, with a roofed sunken swimming pool. In the first cottage there is a living room with a seating area, a sofa (2 extra beds) and a kitchenette. Kitchenette with gas stove, fridge, kettle and kitchenware. Bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Terrace with outdoor seating and pond view. The second cottage with a double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating with local heaters. There is a 5x3 m covered swimming pool (which can occasionally be used by the landlord) and a garden sitting. Parking by the house for up to2 vehicles.

Pets are not allowed. Power consumption, bed linen, tea towels and towels included in the price. Refundable deposit CZK 2 000, -. Possibility of renting a canoe from the landlord, who lives on the plot next door with separate entrance. The property is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.

In Central Bohemia, right by the Jarkovický pond, just 2 km from Konopiště castle, 3 km from Benešov and 45 km from Prague. The cottage is situated in a quiet area of the cottage village Jarkovice, on the bank of a pond, above which you can watch beautiful sunrises from the terrace. The area's attractions are easily accessible by bike due to the many cycling and hiking trails. We definitely recommend a trip to the nearby castle Konopiště, with the castle park, rose garden and bear enclosure. In Benešov, tourists can visit the Jewish cemetery, the ruins of the Minorite monastery or the Museum of Art and Design. If you are looking for an extraordinary experience, you will certainly be attracted by the possibility of balloon or plane flights at Nesvačily (5 km).
