Description of accommodation

Generously sized wellness log cabin, comfortably furnished with solid furniture, characterized by its pleasant indoor climate and the scent of wood, has a Finnish sauna with steam and a terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi for perfect relaxation on your unforgettable vacation. You are staying on the ground floor of the building with a private entrance, an attic apartment for another 3 people can be ordered under the code JM 0140 A.
Entrance, living room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person), fireplace insert, Smart TV, XBox console, dining table and open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. First bedroom with two single beds. Second bedroom with a double bed, entrance to the terrace and entrance to the bathroom, which is also independently accessible from the living room. Bathroom equipped with a shower, two basins and toilet. The building is heated by a heat pump with underfloor heating distribution in combination with the wood-burning fireplace insert. Thanks to the large roof overhangs and perfect wood insulation, the ground floor of the log cabin cools naturally on hot summer days.
Outdoor terrace with seating on garden furniture and a hot tub for 6 people with 86 massage programs and water heated to 38°C. Guests have access to a garden with a Finnish steam sauna and a tree house where children can try to sleep over. Plenty of parking spaces right next to the building.

From June 2026, a swimming pool will also be available to guests!

Note on accommodation

Pets allowed (small breed only) for a fee of CZK 200/night, larger breed on request. Baby cot and Wi-Fi connection available. Refundable deposit CZK6000. Electricity consumption is paid on site based off electric meter reading (the log cabin is very economical, electricity consumption for heating is on average CZK 100/day in winter). Firewood free of charge. Bedding for additional charge of CZK 85/person, towels and bath towels included in the price. Possibility to rent beer tap equipment for a fee of CZK 300/day. If you are interested in using the outdoor hot tub, a flat rate of CZK 1500 is charged for filling with fresh water + heating throughout the stay. The price listed for a New Year's Eve stay is for 4 nights.
Attention - the accommodation is not suitable for organizing noisy gatherings such as bachelor/stag/hen parties etc.!

For larger groups of up to 10 people, it is possible to additionally order an attic apartment under the code JM 0140 A.

If the log cabin JM 0139 on the adjacent property is not occupied at the time of your stay, then it is possible to arrange access to its wellness hall with a sauna, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi for a fee paid on site - you can find out availability here.

Location description

In South Moravia, on the boundary of the Ždánický les and Chřiby highlands, 5 km north-west of the town of Koryčany and 45 km east of the centre of Brno. The log cabin is nestled on a hill above the quiet village of Nemotice. This corner of our country, so far overlooked by mass tourism, where the cultural landscape is naturally complemented by deep forests, definitely has something to offer every visitor. The ancient settlement of the area is reminded by the remains of hillforts that you will encounter on your journeys through the Chřiby forests, as well as pilgrimage sites and countless rock formations. The most famous historical monuments are the ruins of Cimburk Castle (11 km), which is, among other things, a place of interesting cultural events, and the majestic Buchlov Castle (21 km) with the nearby chapel of St. Barbara. You should definitely not miss a visit of the Renaissance chateau Bučovice (13 km) with an arcaded courtyard and garden or technical monuments in the form of windmills in Kunkovice (11 km), Chvalkovice (13.5 km) and Bukovany (16 km).
