The luxuriously furnished wellness log cabin with sauna, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi pampers its guests with every conceivable comfort and offers unique views of the surrounding landscape from its terrace.
Entrance, generously sized living room with a tiled stove, sofa, large screen TV, children's play area, dining area and open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and washing machine. The ground floor is heated by a heat pump with underfloor heating distribution and by the wood-burning stove for atmosphere.
Upstairs, on an open gallery, there is a double bed and two separate bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a single bed and the second with a double bed and two single beds. There is a babycot in both bedrooms. Bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and basin. The attic is heated by a heat pump with air conditioning.
The cabin includes a bright wellness hall with underfloor heating, a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi for 5 people (LED lighting and speakers with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity), Finnish sauna for 6 people, seating area and loungers for relaxation, shower, toilet and basin, which is freely accessible to the outdoors. The cabin also features a wine cellar.
In the large garden, guests have access to a shaded seating area, brick fireplace with grill, fire pit with seating on logs and ping-pong table. For children, the garden is a playground where they can have fun throughout their stay on a ropeway, slide, swings, sandbox, trampoline, balance bikes and pedal go-karts. Pets allowed (small breed only) for a fee of CZK 200/day, larger breed on request. Two babycots and Wi-Fi connection available. Refundable deposit of CZK 6000. Electricity consumption is paid on site based off electric meter reading. Firewood for free of charge. Bedding, towels and bath towels provided by the landlord. The price listed in the price list is valid for occupancy of up to 8 people + children up to full capacity. Each additional adult pays CZK 1000/night. In June and September, each additional night beyond the weekend costs CZK 9000. Possibility of renting beer tap kit for a fee of CZK 300/day.
Attention - it is necessary to respect night quiet hours on the property, therefore the accommodation is not suitable for organizing noisy gatherings such as bachelor/stag/hen parties etc.!Price

In South Moravia, on the boundary of the Ždánický les and Chřiby highlands, 5 km north-west of the town of Koryčany and 45 km east of the centre of Brno. The log cabin is nestled on a hill above the quiet village of Nemotice. This corner of our country, so far overlooked by mass tourism, where the cultural landscape is naturally complemented by deep forests, definitely has something to offer every visitor. The ancient settlement of the area is reminded by the remains of hillforts that you will encounter on your journeys through the Chřiby forests, as well as pilgrimage sites and countless rock formations. The most famous historical monuments are the ruins of Cimburk Castle (11 km), which is, among other things, a place of interesting cultural events, and the majestic Buchlov Castle (21 km) with the nearby chapel of St. Barbara. You should definitely not miss a visit of the Renaissance chateau Bučovice (13 km) with an arcaded courtyard and garden or technical monuments in the form of windmills in Kunkovice (11 km), Chvalkovice (13.5 km) and Bukovany (16 km).
