The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, glass ceramic hob and dishwasher. Dining area, sofa with coffee table, darts, TV and fireplace. On the ground floor, three bedrooms - the first with a double bed and 3 x single beds, the second with a double bed and the third bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Separate toilet. On the first floor, a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Possibility of two extra beds by arrangement. Underfloor heating of the building. Fenced property with terrace with seating, ceramic grill, outdoor fire pit, Whirlpool hot tub and heated Adriatic salt pool. For children, there is a play corner and a playground with a swing and a sandpit. Parking in front of the building on the property.

In the Pardubice region, in the quiet village of Horní Orlice, 4.5 km south of Králíky and 5 km northeast of Červená Vody. The surroundings are ideal for walks in the adjacent forest and for cycling in the surrounding countryside. You can go on a trip, for example, to the Hůrka Artillery Fortress 5 km, Buda 15 km, Val lookout towers (3 km), Křížová hora (5.5 km), Stezka v Oblacy (28 km) and Suchý vrch (15 km), which offers also refreshments and adrenaline experiences. Another interesting place to visit is the Hora Matky Boží monastery (3 km). Sports complex Dolní Morava (14 km) with the longest suspension bridge in the world, a mammoth roller coaster, a tandem swing and a bobsleigh track. Children can visit the Forest Adventure Park or the Sand World. In the winter season, the Větrný Vrch ski area 12 km, the Sněžník ski area (skiing, cross-country trails, toboggan runs) and Kraličák (29 km).
