You occupy an apartment on the ground floor of this corner house with private garden and modern and pleasant interior. Entrance hall, living room with sitting area, (also 2 extra beds), LCD TV and dining table for 4 persons. Kitchenette including two electric hobs, fridge / freezer, microwave and a small table with two foldout chairs. Bedroom with double bed (possible to split up as two single beds). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central heating. The house stands on its own grounds and has a garden with sitting area (bench). Parking in front of the house.

One dog allowed. Baby cot and a canoe after agreements at disposal. Energy consumption over 50 kWh / week shall be paid on spot. The price is calculated on two people, two additional people are possible for a fee of CZK 300, -/persoon/night. The accommodation is suitable for up to 2/4 persons. In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of the popular town Chlum Trebone, about 17 km southeast of the famous and historic spa town of Trebon. Very nice area near the lake Hejtman with possibilities for fishing (license required) and excellent opportunities for cycling in the area. We also advise to visit the many beautiful spots of interest of South Bohemia, including the town and castle of Trebon 17 km, Nova Bystrice chateau 17 km, castle and historic city Jindrichuv Hradec 25 km, town of Nove Hrady with a beautiful monastery 30 km and much more. Border with Austria is just 4 km away.
Distances: Basic food, restaurant and all facilities in the village (Chlum) 200 m. Perfect opportunities for natural swimming, water sports and fishing (with permit) in the lake at 100 m Hejtman, excellent opportunities for swimming are also in the former sand quarries around Suchdol nad Luznici just 5 km away.
