You stay in a pleasantly furnished studio apartment, renovated in 2019. Kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and kitchenware. The room also has a dining table, a double bed, new sofa bed (regular double bed), LCD TV and air conditioning (also used for heating). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a shared terrace with a seating area and garden views. Guests can use a shared garden with a garden barbecue, a fireplace, a trampoline and a swing. There is also a lockable bike shed. Parking by the accommodation facility.

In the protected landscape area Třeboňsko, near the Novohradské Mountains and the border with Austria, approximately 27 km from Třeboň. The house is located in a quiet village Trpnouze belonging to the village Hranice. The surrounding area consists mainly of pastures, forests and ponds and is therefore very suitable for a break from the hustle and bustle of cities and trips to nature either on foot or by bike. The owner of the house is an experienced beekeeper and offers the opportunity to learn more about the life of bees and to taste bee products, supplemented by an information lecture on the importance of bee products for human health. It is also possible to undergo a relaxation procedure Apitherapy directly on the property. Among the attractions in the area, we recommend visiting the town of Nové Hrady with a castle and chateau (12 km), the large park Terčino údolí with a waterfall (14 km), the zoo in Dvorec (28 km) and of course the spa town Třeboň with a state castle and the nearby Schwarzenberg tomb. (30 km).
