Freestanding house, in 2010 completely rebuilt. The house is divided in 4 separate apartments, 3 of which are rented. Entrance, corridor and entry into the apartments. In each apartment is available a living kitchen with dining table, two ceramic hotplates, refrigerator and kettle. Two extra beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide). Apartments A and C have a living area of 45 m2 and the living room and bedroom are separated by a sliding door. Apartment B is only one big room with a living area of 37 m2 and living area ist from the sleeping area separated only optically. The house stands on a large fenced land, there is terrace with garden furniture and fireplace common at disposal. Enough parking space.

Apartments can be rented each separately (the apartments separat can you find under the codes JC 0050 A, JC 0050 B and JC 0050 C) or all together as a one house (JC 0050). Pets are not allowed. Power consumption is paid on the spot according to consumption, bed linen available (fee CZK 250, - / person). You can pitch a tent or park a caravan on the land (extra persons are possible for a small fee on the spot). The pond in front of the house is for stud and the fishing is forbidden in it. Each apartment ist suitable for a maximum of 2/4 persons.

Absolute secluded, near the village Vlkovice, on the bank of the homonymic pond, ca. 11 km south from the metropolis of South Bohemia Ceske Budejovice and ca. 9 km west of the lovely spa town Trebon. Wonderfully quiet location with amazing view of almost 100 ha large pond. The surroundings offer good conditions for swimming, hiking, cycling (nice cycling paths) or taking of various sports and cultural activities. Tips for trips: picturesque spa town Trebon with chateau 9 km, town Hluboka nad Vltavou with beautiful chateau, hunting lodge Ohrada and the Zoo 20 km, castle Zumberk 23 km, castle Nove Hrady 27 km, town and chateau Jindrichuv Hradec 34 km, nice historic town Cesky Krumlov with a chateau and unique open-air theater 35 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Stepanovice) 3 km, supermarkets (Trebon) 9 km and (Ceske Budejovice) 11 km, restaurant (Libin) 2 km and (Stepanovice) 3 km. Bathing and running of water sports in the pond only 30 m from the house (water quality depends on weather). Another possibility of swimming in the ponds Mrhal and Spoli – both 5 km. Swimming, water sports running, boats and pedal-boats rental and sightseeing cruises with the steamboat on a large recreational pond Svet (Trebon) 10 km. Out-door and in-door swimming pool, sauna, spa and bicycle rental (Trebon) 9 km. Out-door and in-door swimming pool (Ceske Budejovice) 11 km. Tennis court (Zvikov) 2 km.
