You stay in a cozy apartment with private entrance, fenced garden and terrace with spectacular views of the dam. Staircase entrance, hallway, kitchen with dining table for 5 persons and kitchenette with electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and kitchenware. Living room with seating group (extra single bed), LCD TV and access to the terrace with garden grill and outdoor seating. Two bedrooms with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and sink, from which is the entrance to a separate toilet. Heating of the house by wood. Parking by the house for up to 4 vehicles.

Near Slapy Dam, in the Central Bohemian Region, 14 km northwest of Sedlčany and about 45 km south of Prague. The house is located in the meander of the dam in a private area Smilovice. Being a private area, visitors can enjoy the beaches, nature and beauty of Slapy Dam with a limited number of tourists. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking, swimming and cycling along the dam. The Slapy region offers ample entertainment thanks to rentals, restaurants, bars and a general good background for tourists. We recommend visiting the renowned Konopiště Castle (34 km), Dobříš Castle with a beautiful French garden (18 km), the ruins of Vrškamýk Castle (23 km) or the historic town of Sedlčany (14 km).
