Description of accommodation

You occupy cosy furnished apartment on the first floor of additional building of post-war villa. Own entrance from the garden. Entrance to a small hall, kitchen with two electric plates and refrigerator. Stair to the first floor. Small hall with a kitchenette, room with two single beds (possible to use together as double bed), table for 4 persons and satellite TV-set. Next room with two single beds, small writing-desk and balcony. Bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Central heating. Villa stands in a fenced garden, which you can also use. Garden furniture with sun-umbrella and fine embedded swimming pool 3 x 7 m with a roof at disposal. Parking in the garden (for a fee) or outside the house.

Note on accommodation

You stay directly in the capital, but still on a beautiful calm spot with enough green. Using of the swimming pool is possible for a fee paid on the spot. After discussing with the landlord, he can prepare you tasty breakfasts. No pets allowed. The prices are including bed sheets, towels, heating and electricity consumption.

Apartment in a calm villa district of Prague 4, surrounded by green and still near to slip-road and underground (available on foot). View of the garden with swimming pool on one side and of a calm street and gardens of other villas on the other side.
Distances: Shop and restaurant available on foot. Supermarket 1,5 km. Underground station only 5 minutes walk and in next 10 minutes you can reach the centre of the capital with all possible facilities – restaurants with terraces, colourful streets, Vltava River with possibility of boat trips, Prague castle, various museums, galleries, theatres and many others. In the capital you can also find out-door and in-door swimming pool. In the surrounding of the apartment can be find a few ponds for swimming (Hostivar) 4 km and (Kunratice) 5 km.
