There is an unfenced garden with seating under the pergola, a fireplace with a stone slab and a variety of activities for children - a zip line, a sand pit, a mini climbing wall and a swing. Parking in front of the building for 3 cars. Upon agreement, the possibility of parking or storing motorcycles/bicycles in a lockable garage.
