You are occupying a very nicely renovated attic apartment with its own entrance, in a freestanding villa. The owner lives on the ground floor. Separate entrance through the outdoor staircase to the hall with access to the attic apartment. Spacious living room with sofa bed, extra bed, flat-screen TV (skylink), fireplace, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with stove with hot-air oven and gas hob, hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin, separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed, single bed and second TV. Second bedroom with double bed. Central gas heating with thermostat, air condition. There is a garden with plenty of privacy, terrace, garden furniture with umbrella, fireplace and roofed diameter of 5 m, depth 1.5 m, with salt water and heat pump. There is also a garden house with a kitchenette, sitting area, fireplace, two-person couch and separate WC with access from the outside. Own parking for two cars on the property. Accommodation is suitable for 4/5 persons + child.

In central Bohemia, on the outskirts of Tuchlovice, 200 m from the center, 8 km west of Kladno and 35 km from the capital city of Prague. The house stands in the garden in a quiet place. The ideal place for trips to Prague, 20 minutes by car or bus, the stop is only 200 m from the house. The owner of the house also offers the possibility to take clients with a minibus to Prague, Karlovy Vary etc. Furthermore you can enjoy cycling, walking, mushrooming and sightseeing. Lány Castle, T.G. Masaryk museum and the sports car museum 4 km, castles Křivoklát 19 km, Karlštejn 50 km.
