Completely rebuild and well furnished apartment in free standing vacation house. The apartment is in the attic, but the house stands in a slope, so you can enter the apartment from the ground level. The apartment has all the rooms on one level, there is only one step between the hall and a living room. The entrance, hall, living room with a sofa for 3 persons, dining table for 8 persons, SAT TV and the entrace to the balcony. Modern, open kitchen with electrical cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refridgerator, electric kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Two luxurious bathrooms – one with a bath and toilette, the second one with a shower and toilette. Three bedrooms – each with one double bed, one single bed and sitting. Electrical heating or with stoves (wood). Own non fenced garden, wooden garden furniture, garden grill and garden fireplace at disposal. Parking lot for 3 cars.

One dog is allowed. WiFi at disposal. A brother of the landlady lives in the basement of the house, he has own entrace from the other side of the house and won't come into contact with clients. Fee for a heating shall be paid on the spot during the heating period (ca CZK 1.000,- / week). The apartment is suitable uo to 6/9 persons.
In the Eastern Bohemia surrounded by beutiful nature at the foot of the Ore mountains, in the valley of the river Divoká Orlice. The house is standing on a guiet place, on the slope, at the edge of the village Záchlumí, ca. 6 km East from the town Vamberk. Great location – even that you live on the edge of the village, it is only 50 m to the centre. The whoel area offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling or taking many various trips in the surroundings. There are many attractions, mainly castles, for example Doudleby nad Orlicí 8 km, Častolovice 14 km, Rychnov nad Kněžnou 12 km, Skalka 25 km, Opočno 30 km and the ruins Lítice nad Orlicí 3 km and Potštejn 10 km.
Distances: Basic foods 200 m, restaurant 50 m. Supermarket (Žamberk) 10 km. Outdoor swimming pool with slide (Žamberk) 10 km, indoor swimming pool (Ústí nad Orlicí) 17 km. Natural reservoir Pastviny with perfect conditions for swimming and runing water sports, with possibility to hire boats is distanced 17 km. Swimming in the river Divoká Orlice 1 km. Fishing (with permit) in the river Divoká Orlice 600 m. Tennis court and horse riding in the village 500 m. The forest 100 m.
