Description of accommodation

Luxury, new mountain house in 2017 with four separate units, on a private land situated to the southwest. House with four terraces and an area of 100 m2, private two garages (50 m2) with remote control on the underground floor. From there you can get by stairs to the entrance hall of your apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 persons - oven with grill function, induction hob, fridge / freezer and kettle. The modern living room is equipped with a sofa (foldable into an extra bed for 2 people), a second sofa and a mounted LCD TV with satellite channels. Two bedrooms with double beds. Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and heated floor. The whole building is heated by electric heating. Parking possible in front of the house or in the garage, possibility to store mountain bikes or skis.

In the Ore Mountains, in a quiet part of Loučná pod Klínovcem. The building is located near the ski resort Klínovec and the mountain Klínovec (1244 m), near the border with Germany, about 35 km northeast of Karlovy Vary - a luxury spa. From the terraces of the mountain apartments there is a wonderful view of the Ore Mountains. The area is ideal for families with children as well as groups of friends due to the vast possibilities of active holidays, either for the winter or summer season. There are many trails for hiking and cycling, swimming options, cultural and historical monuments and much more. This mountain landscape is known for its beauty and beautiful spa towns with healing springs. The most famous are Karlovy Vary (35 km), Mariánské Lázně (90 km) and Jáchymov (16 km).
