Description of accommodation

Luxurious, in 2017 newly built mountain house situated on a southwest slope on a private plot in a quiet area. The house is very comfortably furnished (81 m2), two terraces and in the underground floor is a garage (33 m2) with opening on the remote control. Entrance up the stairs, vestibule, corridor, fully equipped kitchen with satellite TV, dining table for 4 people, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker (2 hotplates) and hot-air oven with grill function, range hood and kettle. The kitchen has access to one of the terraces. The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk (90x200), the second partly separated bedroom is equipped with one double bed (160x200), from this bedroom access to the second terrace. The cloakroom offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. The bathroom is equipped with floor heating, spacious shower, washbasin and toilet. The building is heated by electric heating. In the spacious garage you can park your car, store bicycles or skis. Parking in the garage or on the land next to the property. The house stands on an unfenced land in close proximity to the neighboring mountain houses.
