Kitchen with dining table and range with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and kettle. Bedroom with double bed, bunk bed, sofa, storage space and wall-mounted TV. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Central heating. Guests have at their disposal a private sitting area with a parasol and a fire pit and a shared garden with a swing, deckchairs and a garden pond with running water. Parking in front of the building.

Pets allowed (small breed, fee CZK 500/week, due to close communication and the presence of cats in the neighborhood should not be left free). Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and energy consumption up to 30 kWh are included in the price of the stay. Refundable deposit CZK 2,000. The landlord lives in the house next door, who may appear in the common part of the garden from time to time (however, he tries to respect the guests' privacy). As the property is located by the road, it is important that guests supervise their children. The apartment is suitable for 4 people.

In South Bohemia, in the Šumava National Park, by the Lipno dam, 14 km from Volary and 8 km from Horní Planá. The accommodation is located in the small village of Želnava on the border of the Šumava protected landscape area. Right in the village, we can find the Želnavsko educational trail, and less than two kilometers away in Bělá there is also a beautiful cycle path, along which you can go around the whole of Lipno or take a trip to nearby Austria. The location is rich in wonderful natural scenery, views of the wider surroundings and especially summer activities by the water. The Lipno Reservoir is one of the famous tourist destinations, which is why we can find a whole range of activities here throughout the year. In the surrounding area, we recommend visiting for example the trail in the treetops and the bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou (34 km), Dobrá voda lookout (8 km), Olšina educational trail (14 km) or the historic town of Český Krumlov with its château and castle (35 km).
