Detached accommodation on the first floor of free-standing house. You inhabit a cozy apartment with its own entrance, comfortably furnished. Enter via the terrace on the first floor. At disposat there is a sitting area (serves as a fold-out double bed), fireplace, dining table for 3 persons, small open kitchen with teflon-pans for cooking, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. One bunk bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating the property with a fireplace stove (you must bring wood briquettes and matches with you). The spacious terrace with garden furniture and a nice view of the meadow with grazing animals and of the forest. Small monkey trail for children at disposal. Private parking lot.

A real paradise for your children - a veritable petting zoo! You will find here dogs, cats, horses, (dwarf) goats, sheeps, rabbits, ducks and even a deer, some wapities and a kangaroo. Unfortunately it is not possible to take with you your own pets. In agreement with the landlord - very friendly and hospitable lady and excellent cooky as well - you can also ask for delicious home-made meals and local specialties (breakfast, halboard, fullboard). For meals preparing her own vegetables and fruit will be used. Also you can get from the landlord the homegrown products and vegetable. Possibility of washing laundry by the landlord. Possibility of Wi-Fi internet connection. For the electricity consumption shall be paid on spot EUR 14,-/or CZK 350,- per week. The appartement is suitable for maximum of 3/5 persons. The landlady lives in a neighbouring house, which is of type „2 under one roof“ – one part of the house is also to let (JC 0625). House is not suitable for visitors who don't like animals. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility!

House stands nearby Pernek – Samoty ca 30 m from the road direction Horni Plana. Basic shop and resataurant in Horni Plana 5 km, supermarket Frymburk 20km and Český Krumlov 33 km. Out-door and in-door pool and sauna Lipno nad Vltavou 29km and Český Krumlov 33 km, tennis 6 km, golf ground Lipno nad Vltavou 28 km, horse riding 2 km. Swimming, water sports, beach and fishing (with permission) on Lipno dam 2 km. Forest 30 m.
Winter info: The ski-centre Hochficht (1 300 m above sea level) on the Austrian side of Šumava mountains (24 km) offers 9 ski-slopes, 3 four-seat chair-lifts and 6 ski-lifts, snowpark ski-school, ski-rent and men-made snow on the slopes. Posibility to use ski-bus.
