Apartment in the modern apartment complex with two floors, built in 2007. Your apartment is situated in the first and highest floor. Entrance, floor, spacious living room with a three-piece suite (fold out bed), dining table, Sat-TV and entrance to the balcony with garden furniture. Open plan kitchen with electric stove with a hot-air oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with a bath, extra toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Electric heating. In the apartment complex a shared garden with a swimming pool (12 x 6 m), sauna (for fee) and parking place at disposal.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of woods, in the recreational area at Lipno Lake, c. 100 m from the centre of the village Lipno nad Vltavou, c. 30 km from the historical town of Cesky Krumlov, only 16 km from the border with Austria in 850 m above sea level. From the balcony a fine view of a swimming pool, apartment complex and further of the Lipno Lake and woody hills of the protected landscape area of Sumava. Tips for trips: Cesky Krumlov with the chateau, Rozmberk castle, Vyssi Brod monastery.
Distances: In the middle of the beautiful nature of Sumava, with hills and deep lakes, strategic location, where all facilities are available on foot. Pedestrian zone – promenade with shops, supermarket, pizzeria, restaurants and front gardens only 200 m. Next in the distance from 100 to 500 m there are post office, bank, boat and treadle rental, beach, possibilities for swimming, water sports and fishing (with permit), in-door swimming pool and tennis courts. Information centre on the promenade and Marina Lipno Resort complex offer possibilities for sailboat, treadle, in-lines, electric engine boats rent and horse riding. Golf course 1 km.
Winter info: Well-known winter-centre Kramolín with chair lift (4 ski-lifts, 5 slopes, evening-skiing, 50 km of grade ski-running tracks, ski-school, ski-rental). The ski-centre Hochficht (1 300 m above sea level) on the Austrian side of Šumava mountains (ca 40 km) offers 9 ski-slopes, 3 four-seat chair-lifts and 6 ski-lifts, snowpark ski-school, ski-rent and men-made snow on the slopes. - Photogallery
