Detached house with three simple apartments. In one of them is living the landlord and the two others are rented to the guests. Apartment A – ground floor: Entrance, corridor, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with a shower and a toilet, second bedroom with a double bed, one single bed and a TV set. Then kitchen with a dining table, four gas hotplates, refrigerator, coffee-maker and tea kettle. All rooms are walk-through. Heating with a wood stove. To both apartments is common a room with a dining room and with entrance from the terrace and extra toilet. Possibility to use a roomy garden, wooden garden furniture with a sun umbrella, garden chimney, fire place, sands, swing and round swimming pool (diameter 3,6 m). Own parking place.

One dog permitted. Apartment is suitable for maximum 5 persons. The prices in the price list are scheduled only for max. 2 persons, 3 extra persons are possible for a fee paid on spot: babies till 2 years gratis, children 2-12 years EUR 84,-/person/week,and persons over 12 years EUR 168,-/person/week, weekend stay EUR 24,-/person/night.

In the South Bohemia, near to the village Prosek, c. 3,5 km to the west from Horní Planá and c. 17 km from the town Volary. The apartment house is quite isolated, in the middle of a beautiful, but severe nature of Šumava, near to the Lipno Lake. In the surroundings there are many possibilities of entertainment and of the trip objects for example the forest Boubín, historical town Český Krumlov (monument preservation area), monastery Zlatá Koruna etc.
Distances: Basic beverages, supermarket, restaurant and tennis court (Horní Planá) 3,5 km. Swimming possibility, water sports, fishing (with permit) on the Lipno Lake distant 1,5 km. Beach, boat and treadle rental, bowling and minigolf (Horní Planá) 4 km. Horse riding and bicycle rental 200 m. Rental of catamaran ships (Černá v Pošumaví) 10 km. Sailboat rental (Jestřábí) 12 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna (Volary) 17 km. Golf course 25 km. Woods 1 km.
Winter info: The ski-centre Hochficht (1 300 m above sea level) on the Austrian side of Šumava mountains (cca 24 km) offers 9 ski-slopes, 3 four-seat chair-lifts and 6 ski-lifts, snowpark ski-school, ski-rent and men-made snow on the slopes.
