You stay on the ground floor of a terraced house, after partial reconstruction in 2018, with garden and swimming pool. Entry, bedroom with a single bed and a cot. Kitchen with dining table for 5 persons and kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. Second bedroom with a double bed, seating group, LCD TV and access to the garden. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house is centrally heated by gas. There is a fully fenced garden with a seating area, a trampoline, above-ground swimming pool and the stone fireplace. Possible storage of bikes or skis in the garage. Parking directly at the house for 1 vehicle (others in viscinity).

On the upper floor of the house lives a landlord who respects the privacy of guests and is available to them if necessary. Possibility to rent a canoe for cruises around Lipno! The house is suitable for a maximum 4 adults and a baby.

In the Bohemian Forest, by the famous Lipno Lake, directly in the holiday village of Frymburk, 7 km from Lipno nad Vltavou and 23 km south of Český Krumlov. The house is located in a quiet area, about 150 m from the shore of Lipno. The center and local facilities are within easy walking distance. Since Lake Lipno is the main travel destination in the wider area, you will find a number of entertainment options, various water sports, cycling routes and many natural monuments in the entire Šumava region, as well as perfect winter conditions thanks to the nearby ski area in Lipno nad Vltavou, nearby Frymburk ski slope or ice trail on the frozen lake. A great experience is the path in the treetops (7 km), the monastery in Vyšší Brod (18 km), the Rožmberk Castle (19 km) and the historic town of Český Krumlov (23 km).
