Staying in a newly renovated stage apartment, gracious and luxuriously furnished on the first floor of garden villa. It has a separate entrance. Entry goes via an outdoor staircase. Spacious living room with parquet floor, the sofa (a sofa may be broken – double bed) and LCD TV, a single bed, dining area and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with electric stove and ceramic hotplate and oven and vapour absorber, coffeemaker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. The luxury bathroom has a bathtub and the shower too. Toilet is separate. Gallery on the stage - a bedroom with a double bed. Next to it bedroom with double bed and one single bed. Garden is fenced and there is also a swimming pool, pergola with the garden furniture, a fireplace, swing. Private parking.

In central Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Hlinoviste, app. 5 km west of the village Bela pod Bezdezem and about 70 km from Prague. Apartment is located in a small, quiet village in the heart of a poetic area, at the foot of Castle Bezdez. On the one side, the Macha’s lake is stretching and on the other hand there is the protected landscape area of Kokorin. The Macha’s lake, surrounded by pine forests is frequently visited place for its clear water and excellent bathing, white sandy beaches and other possibilities of a relaxation, such as Shipping steamer, rental of the boats, pedal boats, the great opportunity of fishing. In this area, however, is not just a lake, which can be used for recreation, there can be found here as well as bowling, tennis, or pleasant restaurants. Area of Kokorinsko offers beautiful nature, the forested hills, unique rock formations - ideal for walking and cycling. Surroundings also offer many tourist historical monuments, such as Castle Bezdez 2 km, Castle Mnichovo Hradiste 18 km, the castle and the town of Mlada Boleslav 20 km, the ruins Zviretice 17 km, Michalovická Putna 16 km, Kost Castle in “Bohemian Paradise” 30 km, monastery in Ceska Lipa 26 km, Zakupy castle 27 km.
