Description of accommodation

Detached twin cottage on its own non-fenced garden, cosily renovated in 2019. Left and right parts can also be rented together under the code JM 0035.

You stay on the left side with a separate entrance. Entry, living room connected with kitchen. Kitchen with induction cooker, microwave, fridge with integrated freezer, kettle and kitchenware. In the living room dining bar table, sofa, LCD satellite TV and wood stove. Bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating by local stove.

Guests have a separate garden seating, portable grill, 2 deck chairs, for children a shared swing and trampoline. Parking by the house for 2 cars.

Dog only small breed (up to 20 kg, 1000, - CZK / week). WiFi connection included. Power consumption 50 kWh/week included. Refundable deposit 3000, - CZK (+ 1000, - if you have a dog). Bed linen included. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.

Location description

In South Moravia, in a holiday village, about 3 minutes’ walk to the mouth of the Vranov dam. The cottage is situated by the forest, in Jazovická cove, 31 km west of Znojmo. The house is situated on its own unfenced land, in a quiet recreation place. The surrounding area offers very good conditions for walking, cycling, swimming and visiting many monuments in the region. The closest historical monument is the castle Cornštejn (9 km), then the famous castle Bítov with a lookout tower (32 km), you will not make a mistake with visiting the baroque castle Vranov nad Dyjí (10 km) or chateaus Uherčice (16 km) and Police (24 km). For fans of the history of automobiles we recommend the TATRA Veteran Museum in Bítov (32 km). In the surroundings of Znojmo (31 km) there are many vineyards where you can arrange individual tastings or buy local wines. You can also plan a one-day trip to the nearby Austrian town of Drosendorf with a castle and a nice swimming pool. At 800 m from the cottage it is possible to reach the river Dyje for fishing. For swimming we recommend Vranov 9 km away with a sandy beach, pedal boats and water sports possibilities.

Distances: Grocery (Lančov/Starý Petřín) 3-5 km, supermarket (Znojmo) 30 km, restaurant, café, post office, ATM (Vranov) 8 km, recreational dam Vranov with sandy beach 9 km away - swimming, water sports, beach, boat and pedal boat rental and fishing (with permit). Here you can also take a steamboat cruise. Outdoor swimming pool (Znojmo) 31 km, fishing on the river Dyje 800 m, forest behind the cabin.
