You stay in a pleasantly and modern furnished apartment after a complete reconstruction in 2020, located in the basement of the house. Entrance, hall, living room connected to the kitchen. Kitchen with ceramic hob with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with integrated freezer, coffee maker (capsules) and kitchenware. In the living room a dining table for 4 people, a sofa (extra bed for 2 people) and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Guests have their own seating area at the back of the unfenced garden, a second partially covered seating area, a portable barbecue, fireplace and a pool with a diameter of 3 meters. Parking by the accommodation for 2 cars.

In South Bohemia 14 km southwest of České Budějovice and 16 km north of Český Krumlov. The house is located on the edge of the village of Vrábče, 4 km from Křemže, in a quiet area near the forest with a view of the greenery and the adjacent meadow. There are a variety of hiking and cycling opportunities nearby. One of the greatest tourist attractions is definitely a 3.8 km hike to the top of Mount Kluk. The train takes you to Holubov (5 km), from where a 3.7 km road leads to the ruins of Dívčí kámen or a hike to the Kleť mountain. The train connection to Zlatá Koruna (11 km), an important place with a former medieval monastery, is also worthwhile. Horse riding is possible in the area around the property, there is a riding school and exploring the area from horseback is a wonderful experience. There are two castles in the area - Hluboká nad Vltavou (22 km), which art lovers will appreciate (Aleš South Bohemian Gallery) and Český Krumlov (17 km) with a wonderful view of the city and the open-air theater with a rotating auditorium. Near the Hluboká chateau, families with children will welcome the opportunity to see animals from all over the world in the Hluboká nad Vltavou zoo. Alternatively, we recommend that you also visit the smaller, private Dvorec Zoo (35 km). After a day of hiking, you can relax in the Marie Klimendová Massage Salon, 500 meters away.br>
