You stay in a separate part of the house with its own entrance and a large winter garden. Staircase entrance, hallway, kitchen with dining table for 7 persons, bar table and kitchenette with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kithenware and dishwasher. Living room with seating group, LCD TV and a fireplace. First bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. Second bedroom with a double bed. Third bedroom with a double bed, a cot and one of the entries to the winter garden. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Second separate toilet. Winter garden with sitting and a swing. The house is heated centrally and with a fireplace. Guests have a covered seating area in a fenced garden with barbecue facilities and a partially sunken swimming pool with garden shower. For children there is a sandpit and a swing in the garden. Available table football/small billiards and several bikes for adults and children for trips around. Parking in front of the house or in the passage.

Energy consumption and WiFi included in the price. In the left part of the house (separated by a passage) there is a landlord, who is fully available to guests and takes care of the garden. The house is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons + baby. In the high season the possibility of staying also for 4-6 persons for the price of CZK 13 498, -.

In the South Bohemian Region, in the České Budějovice Basin, 15 km north of České Budějovice, on the outskirts of the quiet village Olešník. Directly in Olešník visitors can enjoy a summer swimming pool and adventure golf. Several cycling paths intersect the village, making it a good starting point for excursions along a number of ponds in the viscinity and other attractions. In the area you can find a beautiful castle Hluboká nad Vltavou (9 km), České Budějovice with the Black Tower and Samson Fountain in the historic center (18 km), ruins of Hrádek near Purkarec (10 km) or famous spa town Třeboň with castle and park (41 km).
