The apartment with its own entrance is located in the attic of a newly built house with a touch of old Bohemian homestead. Entrance, hallway, living room with seating group for 5 persons (1 extra bed), dining table, kitchen and LCD TV. Kitchenette with two electric cookers, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and tableware. First bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with single bed and one smaller bed (suitable for children under 12 years). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The building is centrally heated. In the garden, guests have their own covered seating area with grill. Possibility to visit refreshment bar led by the landlord from the other side of the house and sit on the terrace overlooking the pastures and forests. Parking by the object for 2 vehicles.

Pets allowed on request (small breed). Baby cot available on request. Possibility of renting rafts from the house owner. In case you have small children with you, it is necessary to guard them due to the close fences enclosing the pastures. On the ground floor of the cottage with the entrance on the opposite side lives the owner, where he runs a small refreshment bar for tourists. The price includes electricity consumption, WiFi and bed linen. Refundable deposit 2 000, - CZK. The building is suitable for 4-5 persons (of which 1 child under 12).

In South Bohemia, near the Vltava River, just 12 km south of České Budějovice. The house is situated on a large plot, surrounded only by pastures and forests. The location is especially suitable for tourists who want to explore the beauty of South Bohemia and thanks to the bike path right next to the house also for cyclists. The surrounding area offers many attractions, whether historical or cultural. Among the most important are for example the impressive ruins of Dívčí Kámen Castle (21 km), the popular Hluboká Castle (22 km), the historic town of Český Krumlov (15 km) or the Kleť Lookout Tower (26 km) with a chair lift.
