Guests have at their disposal a common garden with an inground pool with a roof and a covered pergola with a grill, seating and an infrared sauna. Parking at the building.

In the Hradec Králové Region, on the borders of the Broumovsko Protected Area, in the cottage area of the town of Úpice, 14 km from Trutnov, 19 km from Červený Kostelec and 16 km from the border with Poland. The accommodation is located in a cottage area on the outskirts of the village of Úpice. Since it is the residence of the Čapek brothers, this village is closely connected with them both through references in their stories and local culture and monuments. In the vicinity, you can take trips to the nearby protected landscape area of Broumovsko, visit the Dvur Králové Zoo (20 km), the beautiful nature of the Giant Mountains, the EPO1 art gallery in Trutnov (14 km) or Ratibořice Castle (18 km).
