You stay in the entire first floor of a family house with a garden, a children's pool, an outdoor seating area and a pond. Living room with dining table, sofa set and access to the balcony. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle and fridge. Freezer available on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with three single beds and a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. Guests can use the garden with a sitting area, a children's kitchen, a slide and toys, a garden grill and a smaller above-ground pool. Possibility to store bicycles in the garage. Parking in front of the house for up to 3 vehicles.

The lessor will expect you between 3 and 6 p.m. In case of unexpected delay, call the landlord in time. The final cleaning of the building will be done by the guests themselves. Departure by 10:00. Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlord included in the price. Pay on the spot: - local tax ; - a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000, unless otherwise stated.

In South Bohemia, in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, 6 km north of Pelhřimov and 11 km from Humpolec. The accommodation is located on the edge of the quiet village of Kojčice, practically on the shore of a private pond. Guests have a direct view of the pond and the lush surrounding greenery from the window. In the village we can find a shop, a pub, a children's playground and a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool less than a kilometer away, which is an ideal place to spend a hot afternoon. The location is suitable for cycling, hiking and trips around the area. We can recommend a visit to the Želiv Monastery (9 km), the historic town of Pelhřimov with a museum of records and curiosities (6 km), the Way of the Cross in Kamenice nad Lipou (26 km) or Humpolec (11 km) with the church of St. Mikuláš, the brewery and the nearby ruins of Orlík Castle.
