Description of accommodation

A historic village mansion with a typical courtyard, after a tasteful renovation (in 2019) in balance between modern facilities and the preservation of the original features. The house is divided into three separate apartments. They can be booked together or individually under codes JC 0409, JC 0409 B and JC 0409 C.

Apartment No.2 (Servác) - Entrance from the courtyard balcony, separate kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and kitchenware. Bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and dining table for 4 persons. Bathroom with massage shower, sink and toilet. Maximum 4 people.

Guests also have access to a central kitchen (accessible from the courtyard) with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. The barn of the house serves as a common room. Even in bad weather, visitors have the opportunity to sit there, play darts or table football and relax on hammocks. In the barn is also a separate toilet with sink and freezer. In the fenced yard, guests can use the outdoor seating area, garden grill and playground. The building is centrally heated by gas. Parking for up to 4 vehicles by the house.

In the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, in a strategic location directly between interesting areas Slavonicko, Vranovsko and Znojemsko, about 12 km southwest of Moravské Budějovice. The house is located in a quiet village of Dešov, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and post office in the village. Thanks to the convenient location of the village, tourists can enjoy many cultural, historical and natural sights in the area. Those worth visiting include, for example, the castle and TATRA Museum in Bítov (11 km), the ruins of Cornštejn castle (10 km), the renaissance town of Slavonice (28 km), the royal town of Znojmo (31 km) or Vranov nad Dyjí castle ( 24 km) directly at the Podyjí National Park. You can find here the Vranov dam (15 km), also known as the Moravian Adriatic, which is renowned for good water quality and excellent conditions for water sports.
