You share a separate apartment on the first floor of the free-standing house. Suite has its own entrance from the opposite side than the landlord (he has the entrance from the front of the house and he does not disturb the guests, he respect their privacy). By the outdoor staircase you get to the balcony. Entrance, hall, living room with two beds, sofas and armchairs, TV and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining table, gas stove with electric oven, fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven and entrance to the balcony. Bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with two single beds, two extra beds (sofa bed) and balcony. Second bedroom with three single beds. Third smaller bedroom with a double bed. Gas heating. Fenced garden to disposal, garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill, sand pit and a pool with a diameter of 3,5 m. Parking in front of the house.

At the Bohemian Forest, a quiet place, almost secluded, on the outskirt of the village Dlažov, about 5 km north of the town Janovice nad Úhlavou and about 10 km west of the town Klatovy. The house stands on a slope, and there is absolutely fantastic view to a wide surroundings, the valley, the meadows, forest and the panorama of the Bohemian Forest. From the newly built lookout tower, about 400 meters from the house, the view is really breathtaking! The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, fishing, gathering forests fruits and many various trips. Ruins Klenová 8 km, the ruins Nový Herštejn 14 km, the ruins Rýzmberk 14 km, Castle Domažlice 22 km, Klatovy town with catacombs 9 km, Castle Švihov 20 km, Castle Lužany 26 km.
