You live in a maisonette apartment on the first and second floor in a pension with a total of six apartments. The entire complex consists of two adjoining buildings in a well-kept and fenced garden. On the ground floor common areas: hallway, living room with luxurious leather sofas, tiled stove and satellite TV. There is also a small kitchenette, separate toilet and washing machine. Upstairs there is a corridor and access to individual apartments. Duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor. Entrance, living room with sofa, dining table, satellite TV and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with two hotplates, water cooker, fridge and microwave. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed. Two extra beds in the living room (fold-out couch). The Apparetemt can accommodate up to 2/4 people. Central gas heating. The apartments are located in a beautiful, well-kept and fenced garden. There is a terrace, seating with garden furniture, sun umbrella and outdoor fireplace. There is also a luxurious indoor heated swimming pool of 7,5 x 3 m with salt water and countercurrent. Includes Wi-Fi, use of the swimming pool, darts, bowling alley, playground, football pitch, trampoline and use of the rowing boat on the pond about 30m away. For a fee, bowling, sauna, whirlpool, massage, billiards and minigolf. Parking in the guest house.

Nice, new villa stands in the middle of beautiful landscape in heart of Bohemian Forest´s foothills, with view of valley and surrounding hills. Grocery shop 1 km, other shops and restaurant 3 km. Bathing in pond directly in the village, another pond, where You can swim and do water sports, 3 km far. Tennis 20 km, horse riding 8 km, forest 50 m.
