Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a noble villa, which was modernly and tastefully renovated in 2022. Kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and dining table. Living room with sofa set (extra double bed), armchairs, wall-mounted TV and access to the terrace overlooking the garden. A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed with two mattresses. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All rooms in the accommodation are very spacious and clean. All windows have a nice view of the garden. Heating the building centrally. A huge private castle garden available (shared only with the second apartment and one other house at the opposite end of the plot. Both can be rented under the codesJC 0460 and JC 0461. Outdoor sauna available by arrangement. Parking right next to the house. Bicycle storage option.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the stay. The actual consumption of electricity is paid on site. Refundable deposit CZK 3,000. Fallow deer roam freely on the property. The property manager may appear on the ground floor of the villa from time to time. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people.

In the South Bohemian Region, 25 km from Strakonice, approximately 40 km west of České Budějovice, in the small village of Dub near Bavorov. A historic villa from the 19th century, surrounded by a private castle park with mature deciduous trees, the place is therefore absolutely ideal for relaxation. Only staying guests have access to the park. Another unique feature of this place is the free-running fallow deer, which you can watch while walking through the garden or while resting on a bench. The place is also very suitable for trips by bike (a cycle path runs directly through the village). In the area we can find, for example, the ruins of the Helfenburk castle (5 km), the Libín lookout tower with a rope park (24 km), the towns of Bavorov (8 km) and Vodňany (17 km) or the beautiful valley of the Blanice river. Museums, medieval walls with a town hall and a gothic-renaissance center with good tourist facilities await you in historic Prachatice (14 km).
