Free standing, imposing villa from the thirties, very sensitively renovated. You can enjoy all the possible conveniences and luxury. The whole villa is divided into three apartments with only few common rooms. All three apartments are available to hire (SM 0010, SM 0011 and SM 0012). Entry after several steps, but there is also a special ramp for wheelchairs. An apartment in the first floor. Living room with a sofa (also folding double), dining table and television with satellite. The modern open kitchen with a bar, two ceramic cooking plates, multifunctional oven with microwave and grill, refrigerator, dishwasher and akettle. Nice bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a extra folding bed. There is a gas central heating system and also the floor has the heating system inside. In the first floor you can find a common room with a washing machine, clotheshorse, ironing board and iron. Another common room is in the basement. There is a gas fireplace and sitting area, kitchen, shower and toilet. The villa stands on the fenced garden and the ntrance has automatically controlled gate. You can also use a large terrace with a blind. The spacious garden offers you a total peace and privacy. There is also roofed bower with the garden furniture and garden grill. Garage, covered parking for the 3 cars and the other place 2 cars.

One little dog is allowed for a fee € 4,-/pet/night. Internet connection is free of charge. You have to pay on the spot – consumption of gas en electricity. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 persons.

On the north Moravia, the apartments are situated in a quiet residential area of the town Bystrice pod Hostynem, about 1 km from the centre, where you can find everything you need. The town lies at the foot of the mountains of Hostyn, a beautiful hilly landscape. Above the town, at an altitude of about 718 m a. s. l., there is a well-known place of pilgrimage - the Holy Hostyn. In the vicinity there is a lot of cultural monuments - for example, Castle Bystrice pod Hostynem 800 m, castles Kromeriz 27 km, Vsetin 30 km, Prerov 19 km, Chropyne 28 km, Castle Helfstyn 15 km or famous museum in Roznov pod Radhostem 40 km - you can admire the original folk architecture, including demonstrations of folk crafts. Scenery throughout this area is full of many trails for hiking and biking and offers truly rich possibilities for cultural and sporting activities as in the summer as in the winter.
Distances: Square with a pedestrian zone in the city centre is beautifully renovated. The essential grocery, restaurant and supermarket are situated only about 600 m to 1 km. Small shop with the basic food and fresh cakes is just on the opposite side of the street, 30 m. The swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis and sauna 800 m. Indoor pool (Holesov) 10 km. Aquapark (Rusava) 10 km. Horse riding (Rajnochovice) 15 km. Fishing (with a permit) in ponds in the vicinity of 3 to 5 km. The forest 2 km.
Winter info: Ski resorts Tesak 10 km (2 lifts, 2 slopes, night skiing, artificial snow) and Trojak 15 km (3 lifts, 3 slopes, night skiing, artificial snow). Ski-busses to both resorts runs every hour. You can rent snowmobiles. - Photogallery
