Description of accommodation

Free standing, very luxurious villa, which is divided into two separate suites - each with its own entrance. The interior of the villa is very beautiful and luxurious, perfectly refined to a smallest detail.
Appartment A basement: Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, dining table, satellite TV and DVD, tiled stove and access to a covered terrace with garden furniture. Luxurious open kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. Bedroom with double bed and one single bed. The second bedroom with two single beds and one extra bed or cot. The suite is suitable for a maximum of 5/6 persons.
Appartment B the attic: Entrance and stairs to the first floor. Living room with sofa, satellite TV and DVD, fireplace and access to the balcony. Luxurious open kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Separate dining room. Beautiful imitation of the tile kiln. Luxury bathroom with two sinks and shower. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds and the second bedroom with two single beds, bunk bed and extra bed (max 50 kg). The suite is suitable for up to 6 persons and 3 children (max. 50 kg).
Both apartments are heated by a central gas heating with thermostat, partly floor heating. The spacious garden with ornamental pond is fenced, together with a bathing pond (only in July and August), garden furniture with parasol, fireplace, table tennis (July and August only) at disposal. Each apartment has its own garden grill at disposal.

Note on accommodation

The villa is ideal for two friendly families, but the apartments can be rented also separately - you find it under the codes KH 0002 A and KH 0002 B. Baby cot and WiFi on request. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking facility. Guests are asked to take their own bedlinen, or they can rent it for a fee EUR 8,-/person. The consumption of electricity, water and gas shall be paid on the spot. Villa is suitable for up to 12 adults and 3 children (max. 50 kg). The owner is sometimes in the back of the building for service and maintenance of the pool. Wi-fi throughout the building is available free of charge.

Location description

In the Ore mountains, on the outskirts of the village Hroznetin, ca. 10 km north of the famous and luxurious spa Karlovy Vary, about 16 km from the border to Germany. From the villa there is a wonderful view of the panorama of the Ore mountains. Absolutely fantastic area has much to offer both to young or those to be born before, great possibilities of activities both in summer and winter. Hiking and biking, swimming, historical and cultural monuments, many various trips. This area is especially known for a beautiful mountain scenery and beautiful spa towns with healing springs. The most famous are Karlovy Vary 10 km, Marianske Lazne 60 km and Jachymov 9 km. You can also visit the ruins of Andelska Hora 20 km, castle Becov 31 km or the castle Klasterec nad Ohri 25 km, castle Loket 20 km, „Svatosske“ rocks 15 km, natural reservoir SOOS with the muds vulcans (Frantiskovy Lazne) 46 km, moor (Bozi Dar) 20 km.
Distances: Basic food, restaurant and tennis court 500 m. Supermarket, aquapark and other facillities (Ostrov) 4 km. Swimming, surfing, making water sports and boat rental – in ponds 3 and 6 km. Horse riding (Depoldovice) 6 km. Minigolf (Jachymov) 9 km, beautiful golf court (Karlovy Vary) 9 km. Fishing (permit needed) 3 km. The forest 500 m.
Winter info: Ski lift (Merklin) 4 km. Ski resort Plešivec 6 km (2x red, 3x blue, 1x black slope, 3 chairlifts, moving belt for children, Aprreski, ski school and ski rental). Great and famous ski resorts with excellent facilities: Pernink 10 km, Potucky 20 km, Klínovec 20 km and Bozi Dar 18 km. Udjusted cross-country trials, called "Krusnohorska magistrala“ beggining in Pernink 10 km.
