Free-standing villa, very tidy, comfortable and nicely furnished. Entrance, hall with seating, bicycle storage room and toilet. Upstairs there is a cozy living room with sitting area (serves also as a fold-out bed for 2 persons), fireplace, sat-TV with DVD, stereo-set and entrance to the kitchen with a dining table, electric stove with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with tub, separate toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with three single beds. Electric heating. The garden is fenced, there are garden furniture with parasol, garden gazebo, portable grill, sand pit and a round swimming pool (diameter of 3,6 m with water clearing intstalation) at disposal.

In the beautiful countryside of South Bohemia, on the edge of small village Jilovice, ca 14 km south of the spa town Trebon and about 10 km north of the town Trhove Sviny. The whole area is well-known for many artificially created breeding ponds in which it is also possible to swimm and run water sports. The surroundings offer ideal conditions for walking, cycling, swimming and taking trips to many of cultural and historical sightseeings - such as spa town Trebon with a chateau 14 km, chateau Nove Hrady 17 km, castle Zumberk 13 km, the historic town Cesky Krumlov with a chateau (under monument protection by UNESCO) 39 km, the metropolis of South Bohemia Ceske Budejovice 24 km.
Distances: Basic foods and a good local restaurant 300 m, supermarkets and other restaurants (Borovany) 9 km, (Trhove Sviny) 10 km and (Trebon) 14 km. In the town Trebon are found in addition to the spa also an indoor swimming pool, sauna, large recreational pond "Svet" with the possibility of swimming, water sports running and taking sailing with motor boats. Horse riding (Trebon) 14 km. Swimming in the pond "Lhotak" 5 km. Swimming and water sports running in the former sand quarry (Suchdol) 13 km. Fishing (with a permit) in the pond "Brigadnik" 5 km.
