Separate kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Bathroom with sink and bathtub. WC separately. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed, the third with two single beds and the fourth with a double bed. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Electric central heating. You have a fenced garden, a 5 x 3 meter swimming pool, a covered terrace and a portable barbecue at your disposal. Parking for 4 cars.

In the Bohemian Forest, in a popular recreational area by the Lipno Lake, on the outskirts of the small town of Frymburk, about 500 m from the beach and 24 km southwest of the historic town Cesky Krumlov (listed town), thanks to its rich history is a visit definitely worthwhile. The Bohemian Forest is a beautiful nature reserve with mountains, deep forests and the extensive Lake Lipno. The area offers many possibilities - both in summer and in winter. An ideal place for families with children, good opportunities for swimming, water sports and various (cultural) trips to nearby attractions. If you spend a holiday with children, do not miss the path in the crown trees.
Distances:Basic food, restaurant and supermarket as well as the Lipno lake with beach, swimming and water sports 500 m. Rental of boats, surfboards, yachts, sightseeing cruises, fishing (permit required), motor four-wheelers rental, bike rental, tennis and horseback riding - all about 300-500 meters away. Indoor pool and spa - massages, steam bath, salt cave, aromatherapy, hot stones - all this can be found in Frymburk, 100 meters away. At a distance of 7 km there is the resort of Marina Lipno with many sports and cultural facilities. Lipno Golf Club (Lipno nad Vltavou - Slupečná) 6 km. Catamaran rental 14 km. Forest 200 m.
Winter info: Well-known ski resort Kramolín with chairlift in only 6 km distance (4 lifts, 5 slopes, night skiing, 50 km of cross-country trails, ski school, ski rental). The Hochficht Ski Center (1300 m) on the Austrian side of the Bohemian Forest (about 45 km) has 9 slopes, three chairlifts and 6 ski lifts, snow park, ski school, ski rental and artificial snow. - Photogallery
